Daughters of Clay
In the village of Quinchamali in Central Chile, women carry on an age-old tradition that continues to model daily life. It is the work of the Loceras, who extract red mud from the nearby hillsides and dedicate themselves to the feverish creation of thousands of clay pots and figurines.
